No. URO House does not provide signed and sealed drawing sets. However, most jurisdictions do not require signed and sealed sets for residential projects within certain parameters. URO House is happy to provide our services to projects that meet the local jurisdictional criteria and is also happy to recommend and identify when a project may need a licensed design professional and work alongside them to accomplish the vision of the project. URO House Design believes in the utmost of integrity and engages in only ethical business and design practices.
